Terms of Use

General provisions

These terms are the conditions on which sole proprietor Timur Alekseevich Kulkaev (Pimpo Games), OGRNIP 326237500484654, INN 231908722600 (“we”), allows you to use the pimpogames.ru website and Pimpo Games games (the “games”): in the browser on our website, on the Yandex Games and VK Games platforms, and in the Android app from RuStore.

This is an English translation of the Russian version of the terms. If the two versions differ, the Russian version applies.

These terms are a public offer. You accept them when you start using the website or a game (article 437 and clause 3 of article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). If you don’t agree with the terms, please don’t use the games.

If you are under 18, read these terms together with your parents. The games are free and suitable for all ages (0+).

How we handle data is described in the privacy policy. It is a separate document, not part of these terms.

What we provide

We grant you, free of charge, the right to use the games for personal non-commercial purposes: to launch them, play and save your progress. This right is non-exclusive, valid in all countries where the games are available, for the whole time you use them, and cannot be transferred to other people.

The games are free. Paid access to levels, subscriptions and in-game purchases for money are not currently offered. If paid features ever appear, we will describe their terms and price in advance — before you can pay for anything.

If you play on a platform (Yandex Games, VK Games, RuStore), you also follow that platform’s rules. Accounts, sign-in, cloud saves and app downloads are provided by the platform under its own rules.

In-game items

Coins, stars, hints, bonuses and other rewards exist only inside the game. They are not money, have no monetary value, and cannot be bought, sold, exchanged for money or transferred to another player.

We may change the game balance: how many coins a level gives, how much hints cost, what rewards are in the game. This is needed to keep the game interesting.

Advertising

The games are free because they contain ads. Ads are shown by the platforms’ ad networks:

• rewarded video — only when you press the reward button yourself; what you will get is written on the button;
• ads between levels — sometimes after a completed level, not on the first levels and not after every win.

The content of ads, their selection and their compliance with advertising law are the responsibility of the platforms and ad networks that distribute them. We don’t sell ads directly and don’t choose specific ads. If an ad seemed inappropriate to you, write to us and we will pass the complaint on to the platform.

If a video didn’t load or was interrupted, the reward may not be credited. Write to us and we’ll try to help.

What you must not do

Please don’t do the following:

• don’t hack the games or the website, bypass protection or interfere with the server;
• don’t use programs that play or farm rewards for you, and don’t exploit game bugs to harm others;
• don’t copy, modify, distribute or sell the games or their parts (graphics, music, characters, code), and don’t pass them off as your own, except where expressly permitted by law;
• don’t use the games for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You may make screenshots and videos of the game for your social media, reviews and streams — we’ll be glad if you mention the game’s name and Pimpo Games.

Intellectual property

The games, the website and everything in them — code, design, graphics, characters (including Pimpo), texts, music and sounds — belong to us or are used by us under licences. The rights to them are protected by law (part four of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

The names and logos of the platforms (Yandex Games, VK Games, RuStore and others) belong to their owners and are mentioned only to show where you can play.

How the games work and liability

We try to keep the games stable, fix bugs and release updates. At the same time, the games are free and provided as they are now. There may be bugs, interruptions and changes: we may add and remove levels and features, change the design, and stop supporting a game or a version of it.

We are not responsible for:

• the operation of platforms, app stores, ad networks, the internet and your device;
• loss of progress if you cleared your browser data, uninstalled the app, changed your device or platform account, or if a failure occurred on the platform’s side;
• the content of ads shown by the platforms.

If progress or a reward was lost because of a game bug, write to us — we’ll see what can be done.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights guaranteed to you by law as a consumer, or releases us from liability that the law does not allow to be excluded. If any provision of these terms contradicts the law, the law applies, and the other provisions remain in force.

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms — for example, when new features appear in the games or the law changes. The new version is published on this page and takes effect from the moment of publication; the version date is shown at the top. We will try to announce significant changes in advance in our VK community. If you keep playing after an update, it means you agree with the new version. If you don’t agree, simply stop using the games.

Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation.

If you have a complaint, please write to us first — almost any issue can be resolved by correspondence, and we will reply within 10 business days. This is not mandatory: you can go to court at any time under the rules set by law, including at your place of residence if the dispute concerns your rights as a consumer.
